Style

History
The Goutorbe family built its reputation first through vine nursery work, a specialist trade that underpins Champagne viticulture. The champagne range developed from that vineyard expertise and remains family-run in Aÿ.

H. Goutorbe is best understood as a grower-producer rather than a global Grande Marque, but it is important to Aÿ's producer landscape and to the village's Pinot Noir identity.
